OUR STORY

Founded by three retired Armed Forces members, ECC aimed to excel as a premier provider of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance services to Department of Defense clients in Alaska. Drawing from their active-duty experiences managing Hazardous Waste Facilities at Elmendorf AFB and Fort Richardson (now Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson or JBER), Alaska, they identified a necessity for comprehensive support through a “cradle to grave” database. Consequently, our ownership developed a proprietary waste tracking database, and the cornerstone for ECC’s establishment.

After 25 years, our growth has been substantial, expanding our team from a few individuals to nearly 100 dedicated employees. Moreover, our geographic footprint has expanded, with Service Centers in Anchorage and North Pole, Alaska; Portland, Oregon; and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, supported by a team spanning the nation, prepared to address project requirements.

ECC boasts a diverse team with varied experiences and skill sets. This diversity enables us to cater to a broad spectrum of project needs, whether it involves regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, complex waste transportation & disposal logistics, or contaminated site investigation and environmental restoration.
